We had a great stay at a quiet and cozy hotel. The room was clean and had a nice view. The staff were accommodating and the location was peaceful, away from the city center. The bathroom was well-maintained and the parking had surveillance.

Clean room, great bed and pillows. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. This hotel has a big, secure parking lot and is located just at the edge of a forest, near the ZOO and a museum. Not far from the center by car.

The location was convenient for outdoor activities and not far from the city center. the rooms were cozy with comfortable beds and silent doors. We had access to free parking and the staff was excellent at prompt communication. the hotel had good wifi.

The cleaning could have been done a little better with thin walls and ample outdoor noise.

They loved seeing all the different animals up close and personal. The Astra Museum was also a great experience for the whole family. We enjoyed walking around and learning about the history and culture of the area. The staff at Amso Residence were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the nice balcony in our room where we could relax and have our coffee. The terrace and yard were perfect for spending quality time with friends and letting the kids play.

My wife says that the breakfast could be improved with more variety, especially when it comes to warm dishes. In my wife's opinion, homemade goods should be offered to showcase the local area's culinary delights.

had another great stay in sibiu, this time at a fantastic new place. the staff was helpful and made us feel welcome. loved the cozy, clean room and the jacuzzi bath. the location was perfect, away from the city noise, and the breakfast was consistently delicious. highly recommend visiting the nearby astra museum!

The parking lot was very accessible and was a great convenience for us since we had a car with us. The hotel was also situated near a forest, which gave a refreshing and relaxing ambiance. Plus, the rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities and were in good condition.

We did not have a pleasant experience during our stay. The receptionist was not accommodating and spoke limited English, making it difficult to communicate with them.
